Are there any costs for creating the offer?
No, the offer creation is non-binding and free of charge.
We already have a corporate event idea for the design of the celebration. How individually are our visions implemented?
We adapt to you! This starts with an appointment and ends with the decoration, branding and social program. Everything is possible, nothing is obligatory. If you already have your own ideas for your corporate Christmas party (for example, a specific theme like Winter Wonderland), we will of course implement these for you. We are also happy to be at your side from the first idea brainstorming session, advising you directly on feasibility, potential permits, etc.
Can the number of participants be adjusted up or down afterwards?
Yes, up to 3 weeks before the event, the number of participants can be adjusted within the limits of the venue’s capacity.
Are the event dates predetermined?
No, in principle you have a free hand in choosing the date. However, it’s worth being quick, as the popular days during the Advent season are quickly booked. Depending on the type and scope of the event, set-up and dismantling times must also be considered.
Do you also offer packages for other events, such as summer parties or company celebrations?
Corporate party, conferences, company summer festivals – at spaces you’ll find unique venues and experienced event partners for almost any occasion. However, our exclusive all-inclusive package is (for now) only available for Christmas parties at PALAIS FRANKFURT, THE FRAME und der ORANGERIE CHARLOTTENBURG.
