General questions
Can I organise private events? Or what kind?
Our venues are exclusively for corporate events. These include in particular:
- Trade fairs & congresses
- Company celebrations & conferences
- Product presentations & networking events
- Business workshops & specialist events
We do not offer private events such as weddings or birthdays at our venues.
How does the booking process work?
After receiving your request, we will prepare a customized quote based on the desired date, planned capacities, and requirements. Once the quote is accepted, the reservation will be made, and joint planning will begin.

Is basic technical equipment included?
All locations feature permanently installed high-quality basic lighting – an architectural advantage that is included in the rental price.
Examples:
- FREDENHAGEN – 60 moving lights
- PALAIS FRANKFURT – 93 ceiling monitors with dynamic visual system
- VILCO – lighting technology installed in each room
- CURIO-HAUS – chandeliers & LED light rings
- THE FRAME – professional moving lights
- ORANGERIE CHARLOTTENBURG – LED ceiling strips
The basic event technology package is required to ensure that the technology can be used professionally. It includes basic technical equipment (lighting, audio, media technology) and the necessary specialist staff.
Optional extension packages are available for additional requirements such as lighting programming, content creation, internet solutions, event architecture, or additional technology. These are calculated individually.

Are there any other events happening at the same time at the venue?
When booking part of a location, we work with these proven concepts:
- 80% of our customers book larger spaces/special setups for their events → this makes parallel events impossible.
- Our sales team automatically searches for dates without double bookings.
Exception: THE FRAME and FREDENHAGEN – when booking, you always have exclusive use of the location.
Large events automatically take priority – they usually occupy the entire location anyway.
Can I still party outside after 10 p.m.?
From 10 p.m. onwards, it’s time to move indoors! Unfortunately, outdoor parties must end at 10 p.m. – this is stipulated by the statutory quiet hours. However, you can continue partying indoors without any problems!
Outdoor areas are permitted to have normal noise levels after 10 p.m., e.g. for smoking areas.
I lost something at an event. How can I get in touch?
Please send an email with a brief description of the lost item to the relevant email address for the location. Our team will check the lost property and get back to you as soon as possible.

Catering & Furniture
Depending on the location, you can choose from a pool of first-class providers – from fine dining catering to designer furniture. Individual combinations are possible. We are happy to assist you with the selection or referral. External service providers are possible by arrangement, but additional planning costs may apply.
We would be happy to provide you with a suitable offer – including special conditions for complete bookings.

Is there an obligation to remain with the partners?
Our customers are not obliged (except for satis&fy – they are exclusive) to book our premium partners – but we recommend them for good reason:
- Our partners know exactly how to optimally implement your event vision in our locations.
- Proven quality through years of cooperation
- Time and cost advantages
Do I need to contact the partners directly, or does communication take place via spaces?
Communication with partners can be flexibly arranged. Our customers can contact recommended service providers directly—or, if desired, we can handle the initial referral.
Own initiative possible: Our partners (catering, furniture, technology) can be contacted directly and individual offers can be requested.
Support from spaces:
- Upon request, we can establish initial contact or provide direct contacts.
- Our partners are familiar with the local conditions, which saves time and avoids surprises.
- The services can be flexibly combined, e.g., catering from provider A, furniture from provider B, and technology from satis&fy.
No matter which partner you choose, the spaces team will support you throughout the planning process with their location expertise and experience.
Price/Offer
Is there a price list?
Since each of our locations has different floor plans and event requirements, we offer customized pricing options.
How to get a quote:
After you submit your request, the spaces team will create a customized quote based on your desired date, planned capacity, and requirements. Once you accept the quote, your reservation will be confirmed and we will begin planning together.
Tip: Feel free to ask about our early bird offers and special deals for booking multiple spaces locations.
How is staffing calculated?
Our sales team creates a customized staffing plan for each event. This is already included in the initial quote.
What influences the number of staff required?
- Number of guests
- Type of event → e.g., additional security for participants
- Duration → billing based on working hours
Are there any complete packages/flat-rate offers?
Yes, we offer exclusive Christmas packages. These are currently available at the following locations: PALAIS FRANKFURT, ORANGERIE CHARLOTTENBURG in Berlin and THE FRAME in Düsseldorf.
