VILCO has its own underground car park with:
- 350 parking spaces

What is the maximum number of participants?
The VILCO can accommodate up to 2.000 guests.
Can rooms be rented separately?
Yes, it is possible to rent individual rooms or combinations of rooms flexibly – depending on your needs.
The options are:

Example: For a conference, the Garden Room could be used for networking, the foyer for an exhibition, and the Great Hall for dinner.
Could a hybrid conference be possible?
Yes, hybrid conferences are no problem for us. Our technology partner satis&fy provides all the technical equipment you need, including high-speed Wi-Fi for production and guests, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and media technology, as well as professional projections and LED installations. This ensures that your mixed event is supported by the best possible technology.
Are there breakout rooms in the VILCO?

What is the maximum number of participants for a conference or meeting?
The VILCO can accommodate up to 1.250 guests in row seating and up to 700 guests in parliamentary seating.
Is basic technical equipment included?
At the VILCO event location, you benefit from modern basic event technology equipment. The location has permanently installed power connections, including high-voltage current, reliable basic lighting, and selected rigging points for individual setups. Depending on the event format, the technical equipment can be flexibly supplemented with professional sound, lighting, and media technology.
For special technical requirements, VILCO works closely with its experienced technology partner satis&fy – one of the leading providers of event technology in Germany.
